"Today I took my 96 year old father to visit Dr.Patel after visiting a dentist that was not able to help him with his implants. Dr. Patel and hid staff are incredible compassionate,professional and kind! My father thought he was going to need new implants but after Dr. Patel reviewed his implants and made some adjustments the problem was fixed. Not only did the doctor and his assistant treat my elderly father with incredible respect but also made him very happy. "I hadn't been to the Dentist in over 15+ years due to fear from bad previous experiences. As a result I lost most of my teeth and hadn't been able to smile in forever. It took a lot for me to even walk through the door as my heart was beating and anxiety was rising. Within minutes of speaking with Dr. Patel, my fear was lifted and I felt assured that he was the right Dentist to do the job. I had extractions performed, implants placed, and dentures fabricated. I was so pleased with the surgery and the healing factor. I didn't feel ANY PAIN AT ALL or DISCOMFORT. I was so pleased with the fact to have teeth again and re-gain my smile. It's been soooooo long since I've smiled that I forgot how to. I am FOREVER grateful to Dr. Patel and his staff for all that they have done for me. He is definitely the best there is. "I recently got my wisdom teeth pulled here at Metro Smiles, and from the minute I walked in I already knew this was a great dental office. I was greeted and instantly taken care of by the woman behind desk by the name Nikki, which was awesome and very supportive of the whole situation, knowing how nervous/scared I was knowing that I wasn't going to be put asleep for the operation of getting my 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Once Dr Patel seen me, he made sure I ready to do this and I went through with it with the reassurance that I would feel no pain at all. Once I was done I was like "thats it? I'm already done, I felt nothing and it doesn't even look like I had this procedure done" Overall in my opinion this is by the far the best dentist I have ever been too, and to start with the awesome customer service from every staff member, a very clean environment, the dentist was very gentle and caring, and was always asking me am I okay, just to make sure I felt no pain. So thank you Metro smiles for be as caring and nice as you guys are but a huge thanks to Dr Patel and Nikki for their support and awesome customer service and a very smooth operation! "I recently moved to the Orlando area an did not have a dentist. I go to the Medical office on top of Metro Smiles office and decided to call to inquire if they take my insurance or not. The office manager Nikki was awesome! Within minutes she took all my information and called me back to explain my benefits and answer all the questions that I had. She even got me in the SAME EXACT DAY to be seen. After my appointment went so well I scheduled for my three children to be seen. It was my 3 year olds 1st appointment ever, and he had several cavities. Dr. Patel has the most gentlest hands ever, because my son did not cry AT ALL!!!! He had 5 cavities done and actually fell asleep in the chair. All of my children were so pleased with how friendly and professional the staff was. I didn't even feel like I was at the dentist. The office is GORGEOUS...I felt as if I was at a DENTAL SPA of some sort. I am soooo happy to have found this office and will tell everyone I know about it. The staff there is so caring and helpful that they are more like family than a business. Thank you for everything."

"First of all I would like to thank Dr Patel and his staff for making my visit one of the most pleasant experiences that i've ever had at a dentist office, I was very comfortable there. Dr Patel is a very caring and professional doctor, I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends. The staff also is excellent and professional, and they make my treatment and payments affordable, they work around my hours, if I need a weekend appointment they make it possible, with Dr Patel and staff, i'm almost sure that I will finish all of the dental work that I need, as a matter of fact, I know that i'm in the best of hands with him and staff.
